For over a decade, DIMAND has brought new life to Greece’s urban landscape, transforming forgotten landmarks into thriving destinations. From former factories and abandoned towers to historic courthouses and dormant hotels, each project turns the old into something new, sustainable and vibrant. A legacy of proven results that gives investors, partners and buyers confidence in every project.
A listed company backed by Europe’s leading institutions
DIMAND is a real estate development company listed on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange since July 2022. The Founder and CEO, Dimitris Andriopoulos, holds just over 50% of the voting rights, and Latsco Hellenic Holdings holds a further 5.35%. The company is a constituent of the Athens General Index, the FTSE/Athex Mid Cap and the ATHEX ESG index, with a market capitalisation of approximately €240 million.
DIMAND has developed projects jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a partner since 2017, as well as Prodea Investments, Grivalia, Premia Properties and Greece’s most prominent systemic banks. Together, these partnerships have produced a portfolio with a gross development value of €1.8 billion, as of March 2026 (DIMAND corporate presentation).
“True to its name, DIMAND partners with investors who demand the highest standards.”
From Papastratos to Piraeus Tower: the project that defined DIMAND
In 2016, DIMAND acquired the former Papastratos tobacco factory in Agios Dionysios, Piraeus. By 2020, the industrial site had become Piraeus Port Plaza, a 82,885 sq.m. complex of offices, shops and restaurants within walking distance of Piraeus metro station. Developed with Grivalia and Eurobank, the project holds LEED Gold and Platinum certifications and earned recognition at the 2021 ULI Europe Awards for Excellence. Today, it is a workplace for around 7,500 people and has become a catalyst for the district’s revival.

DIMAND revives dormant landmarks into sustainable, thriving communities.
After standing vacant for nearly five decades, the Piraeus Tower was brought back to life through a landmark redevelopment. In 2020, DIMAND, the EBRD and Prodea secured a 99-year concession from the Municipality of Piraeus and transformed the building into a 34,329m² bioclimatic skyscraper, which was completed nine months ahead of schedule and became Greece’s first LEED Platinum-certified high-rise.
“DIMAND’s successful completion of projects ahead of schedule is a testament to its ability to deliver.”

Minion, the Omonia Square department store, dormant for almost thirty years, reopened as a LEED Gold mixed-use building. The Sarogleio Megaro, once the Athens Magistrates’ Court, became Moxy Athens City, Greece’s first LEED Gold hotel, with more than 200 rooms. In Patras, the former Moreas Hotel, closed for nearly three decades, returned as Moxy Patra Marina under Marriott International.

DIMAND’s new developments uphold the same commitment to excellence. The Karela Office Park was Greece’s first LEED Gold-certified building, followed by the Angelicoussis Shipping Group headquarters, the country’s first LEED Platinum-certified office building. As of Q1 2026, DIMAND accounts for 35% of Greece’s LEED-certified buildings under the Building Design and Construction standard, with 25 certified projects and 31 more registered.

Every project follows the same formula. A landmark site brought back after decades of dormancy, backed by institutional co-investors, certified to the highest green standards, delivered on schedule and returned to the life of its city. It is the same pattern that has turned Europe’s former ports into their cities’ most coveted addresses. Thessaloniki now receives the same vision, at an even greater scale.
“One formula. Dormant landmarks reborn as thriving, sustainable neighbourhoods.”
DIMAND’s vision for Thessaloniki’s western gateway reaches its fulfilment with FIX. The regeneration began with HUB 26, Northern Greece’s first sustainable business park. It is home to the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank and to some 2,500 professionals from multinational companies and financial institutions.
With FIX, that vision takes full shape. An approximately 25,000 sq.m. historic brewery becomes a city within the city, master-planned by Foster + Partners. Three listed industrial landmarks return to life alongside the 184-room Hilton Thessaloniki, a new home for the MOMus Museum of Modern Art and the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra. Dining, wellness, retail and landscaped gardens open the site to the whole city.
At its centre, FIX Residences offers 95 residences in a nine-storey building, inspired by the site’s industrial heritage and designed to the highest contemporary standards. A home at FIX places its owner at the heart of a reborn district, framed by more than a century of industrial heritage, with culture, hospitality and green space at the door.
For Greek buyers, and for international buyers seeking a base in Greece’s second city, FIX offers a distinguished place to call home.
