Spyros Analytis

Head of Ionian Sales

Spyros Analytis is Head of Ionian Sales at Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, based at the firm’s Corfu office at 22 Guilford Street. Born and raised in Corfu, he founded Corfu Property Agency (CPA) in 1988 and has advised on property in the Ionian for more than 35 years, with hundreds of transactions on the island. In the 1990s, together with Savvas Savvaidis, he was among the first to bring Greek homes to international buyers. In 2017 he joined Greece Sotheby’s International Realty as Head of Ionian Sales, bringing with him three decades of knowledge of the Corfu market and its owners.

Between 2018 and October 2026, he has completed €200.8 million in sales across Corfu, Paxos, Lefkada and Kefalonia, six of them above €10 million, with buyers from fourteen countries.

In Corfu, his sales total €138.3 million, five above €10 million — the largest record of completed prime and super-prime transactions held by any firm on the island. It includes the two highest residential sales ever recorded in Corfu: a property at Kassiopi, sold in 2024 for more than €15 million, and one at Nissaki, sold in 2026 for between €14 and €15 million.

The firm’s Ionian record also includes the three highest prices ever achieved on Paxos, the highest residential sale on Lefkada (about €11 million, 2024, with the Private Office) and the highest on Kefalonia (€2.85 million, 2024).

He works with sellers and buyers who value discretion. Many of the owners of Corfu’s most important houses are people he has known for decades.
