Newmoney | FIX Residences: Tangible Confidence in the Project and Who the First Buyers Are

Newmoney reports on the early response to FIX Residences, the residential component of Dimand’s redevelopment of the historic FIX brewery complex in Thessaloniki. The article, by journalist Stefania Souki, appeared on 18 October 2026.

According to the report, the complex will comprise 95 private residences within a €196 million redevelopment, with prices ranging from €420,000 for a one bedroom apartment to €4.22 million for a luxury duplex residence on the upper floors. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2029, and Greece Sotheby’s International Realty acts as exclusive sales advisor.

Odysseas Mouselimis, Head of Sales for FIX Residences at Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, described the early traction:

“The response to FIX Residences has been particularly strong from the very first moment, and we are very pleased that this interest comes primarily from the people of Thessaloniki themselves.”

The launch arrives as buyer interest in Greek prime property runs at record levels, with aggregate demand reaching €6.11 billion in the first half of 2026, up 35% year on year (figures as of Mid-Year 2026).

Price levels, buyer profile and market structure across Greece’s luxury destinations appear in [The State of Greek Luxury Property at Mid-Year 2026] on the Intelligence Hub.
