Greece's national news agency, Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA), reported on 6 October 2026 that DIMAND has appointed Greece Sotheby's International Realty as its exclusive partner for the sale of FIX Residences in Thessaloniki. The announcement ran in Greek and English and was taken up across Greece's leading financial, business and regional media.
FIX Residences form the residential heart of the regeneration of the historic FIX brewery at the western entrance of Thessaloniki, master planned by Foster + Partners. The project comprises 95 private residences in a new building of nine storeys, around 19,800 m² in total, with 134 parking spaces reserved for owners. One of the restored buildings will host MOMus, the Museum of Modern and home of the Costakis Collection of the Russian avant garde, together with the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra and State Conservatory. Completion is scheduled for late 2029. The residences will be presented to buyers in Greece and internationally through the global Sotheby's International Realty network.
Savvas Savvaidis, President & CEO of Greece Sotheby's International Realty, emphasised the shared vision of Greece Sotheby's International Realty and DIMAND for the future of Greek cities, and set out the ambition to present FIX Residences to buyers in Greece and worldwide.
"A new era begins for a remarkable city — one worth living in, returning to, and ultimately becoming part of."
