The Manon Grace Estate is a synthesis of two stone newly built houses, awarded for their architecture.
The 300 sq.m estate can accommodate up to 12 guests and offers sea views and two private pools. The stone composition is highlighted by two dynamic expressions in the form of towers: a reference point for each house.

Each house features 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living room with built-in sofas, adjoined with the dining area and the open kitchen. On the same level are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. All first level spaces are designed to enjoy access to the pool that enjoys wonderful sea views. A staircase in the living room leads to the tower’s upper level and the sea view master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom.
The outdoor spaces include two infinity pools with umbrellas and chaise longues, a lounge and shaded dining area. The outdoor spaces are designed to inspire a connection with the Mani landscape and are oriented towards the sea and sunset views.
