It is a highly attractive and aesthetically pleasing villa which was built with the finest details keeping a modern but authentic feel while at the same time respecting the local architecture and natural raw materials. The house, was built with ecological materials of the best quality, such as natural hydraulic lime, cannabis bricks, wood, as sustainability was the basic idea. Lights and bathroom fixtures were carefully selected in order to add an elegant, sumptuous but earthy touch to the neutral and austere canvas.
The property is spread over 2 levels featuring high ceilings with traditional wooden beams. The spacious ground floor level comprises of three separate bedrooms, each having its own bathroom offering a warm and comfortable feel with cool cream walls and light coloured furnishings.
The upper level consists of an open living kitchen, dining and lounge area. Bathed in natural light from the morning hours until the evening the space seems to attract the eternal Greek Sun at its best ! The kitchen and dining area will be a favourite place to sit and have authentic Greek breakfast enjoying the morning views of the Ionian Sea.
The lounge seating has a stretch of windows with a background of the mountainside that naturally brings in a breeze making it the ideal corner for an afternoon siesta. There is a beautiful balcony that can be accessed from the upper level which will be the place to meet with friends and family in the afternoons to enjoy amazing Ionian sunsets.
Its outdoor areas consist of a range of terraces, some shady, some meant for laying in the warm sun, surrounding the villa on many different levels with a backdrop of the mountains vibrant colours.
