On the western coast of Syros, where the land drops sharply to the sea, is this private coastal estate of 219,000 sqm, occupying its own headland above the open Aegean. The approach winds down in long curves, the road narrowing as the land falls away on both sides, and the estate reveals itself only at the final turn: stone buildings set low into the ridge, the pool terrace reaching out toward the water, and beyond it nothing but sea to the horizon. A tennis court sits on the southern slope, screened by the contour of the land.

At the heart of the estate stands the principal residence, offering approximately 490 sq.m. of main living accommodation. Constructed in natural stone, the house is generously proportioned and thoughtfully oriented so that its principal rooms capture uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. The architectural language is distinctly Cycladic, with thick stone walls, expansive openings and terraces that extend the living spaces outdoors, complemented by contemporary finishes and modern comforts throughout.
From the main living room, the sea becomes an ever-present backdrop, while a series of terraces cascade gently toward the swimming pool, embracing the landscape and the water beyond.
In addition to the main residence, the property includes approximately 50 sq.m. of auxiliary storage space and a further 96 sq.m. guest or ancillary residence with garage facilities, bringing the total built area to approximately 640 sq.m.
