On December 18th sparkling wines from all over the world were displayed in one of the most renowned luxury hotels of Athens, Hotel Grande Bretagne on Syntagma Square. The event, called “Afros kai Fyssalides” (meaning “Foam and Bubbles”) is organized every year by a wine specialists company named Vinetum and attracts connoisseurs seeking for a distinctive opening of the Holidays period.

Wine lovers enjoyed exclusive presentations and tastings of sparkling wines not only by Greek wineries but also by international ones, including of course French Champagne and Italian Prosecco. The tasting was accompanied by the Italian waters preferred by top chefs and fine dining lovers all over the world, sparkling natural mineral water San Pellegrino and still natural mineral water Acqua Panna.
