Super-yacht Ocean Victory which belongs to Russian billionaire Viktor Rashnikov arrived in the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos.

In 2015 Victor Rashnikov – the majority owner of Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works whose fortune exceeds $5 billion – launched his new $300 million, 460-foot yacht, “Ocean Victory.”

Ocean Victory was built by Fincantieri in Italy at their Muggiano shipyard. This luxury vessel’s sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Espen Oeino. The yacht’s interior has been designed by Alberto Pinto.

This “floating haven” which can comfortably accommodate 26 guests and 50 crew members had docked in Greek islands of Rhodes and Paros before arriving in the island of Winds, Mykonos.

Ocean Victory was built to entertain, with a twelve-person cinema, dining facilities on the outside deck for 32 people, a full health club with gym, sauna, hammam, steam room and massage room, six contra flow swimming pools with fast heating technology and giant beach platform. The minor details give Ocean Victory her character, as bespoke elements on board include a teak windscreen on the sundeck and LED lighting system across the exterior which display colors in a kaleidoscope style.

Fincantieri’s CEO, Giuseppe Bono, said at the time of her delivery, “With Ocean Victory we had to put ourselves to the test every day from all points of view. Given this really exciting result, I can proudly say that we have been able to meet the challenge in an excellent manner – a ship that is going to represent Italy’s highest expression of technology.”

Numerous luxury charter yachts cruise Greece each year, seeking warm Mediterranean weather and crystal clear waters to dip into. It is not by chance that yachts like Ocean Victory are frequently seen in Greece as our country is the best yachting destination globally.
