The villa is a laid-back seaside escape just 30 minutes from the historical city centre, providing a marvellous outdoor area and beautiful garden with swimming pool. Most important is that the villa is just 250 meters from the beach and one kilometer from the heart of the popular Glyfada suburb, with its attractive shops, restaurants and cafés. The interior areas have been designed to offer a relaxing and warm atmosphere while neutral tones dominate.

Each room has its specific colors and character that blend seamlessly with the original floors and decorative details. The house has 6 bedrooms and is divided over two identical floors – which can also be rented separately – both with their own living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms.

The air-conditioned units are furnished with parquet floors and feature a shared bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, desk, a living room, an equipped kitchen, balcony and views over the garden. A dishwasher, a microwave and fridge are also provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machines.
