Emma Stone is making a move to Texas and has listed her Malibu Clifftop home for sale. According to listing agent Eric Lavey, this 1950s California modern ranch offers unobstructed views of the Pacific, the entire Los Angeles coastline and distant Catalina island. Real estate records indicate that Stone bought the home in 2018 for $3.25 million.

This ‘dreamy’ three-bedroom, 1,000 square foot home, holds onto its mid-century charm while offering contemporary standards. Bright white predominates both inside and out and recently added floor to ceiling windows bring in ample amounts of light along with multiple skylights. The home includes an airy open kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a cozy central fireplace. California native vegetation dots the spacious 3.2 acre property.

It’s certain that Stone’s home won’t be on the market for long. Lavey points out that the Malibu market for properties under $5 million has been moving at lightning speed given the lack of inventory at that price range. He says that having a smaller property near the beach is appealing to many residents of expensive areas farther east such as Beverly Hills or Holmby Hills.

The actress was also recently spotted in Greece for the premiere of the black and white film “Bleat” directed by Yorgos Lanthimos who also directed “The Favourite”.

The property is listing by Eric Lavey at Sotheby’s International Realty beverly Hills and it can be seen here.
