This modern villa designed by Paris-based architect is situated in a quiet, authentically Corfiot location, on the northern flanks of Mount Pantokrator.
Located within easy reach of all that’s great about northern Corfu, including Agios Spiridon’s Blue Flag beach and nature reserve, this stunning luxury property is approximately 45 minutes from Corfu Town and airport. It sits in an elevated position, nestling in the hills amongst olive groves, boasting a magnificent view across the Ionian sea to the mountain ranges of Albania and offers to every guest style and serenity.
This beautifully appointed four-bedroom house sets a stylish tone with clean-lined architecture and modern furnishings. On the ground floor there are four equal sized bedrooms (two doubles and two double-twins) with its own en-suite bathrooms having access to a terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea. The elegant style provides a calm ambience for any family vacation or friends getaway. Marble-clad stairs lead up to the first floor, where one finds a luminous living area, with a spacious veranda overlooking the pool, a contemporary galley kitchen and a luxurious dining area. The lower ground floor is dedicated to recreation and fitness due to the presence of a gym, a TV room, a bar and, on a terrace outside, a table tennis table.
The alluring outdoor areas set your mind in a Zen state and allow you to enjoy the beautiful Corfiot climate. You can easily take a dip in your very own private swimming pool or enjoy an aperitif at the alternative al fresco dining and sitting area. The roof terrace offers 360-degree views which are extraordinary, especially as the sun melts into the western seas.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people in comfort and is perfectly designed to meet all the holiday needs of the residents. The surrounding landscape offers fun explorations and diversity in order to create memories that will last forever. Right on the doorstep of this villa Corfu’s mountainous hinterland is the perfect place for great walking and plenty of activities for kids. Just a short walk from the villa is the village of Loutses where there is a traditional taverna and bar. Loutses also has a cave which is very interesting. A short drive further up the hill will take you to historic village of Old Peritheia. The residents of Peritheia moved up there to escape the pirates several centuries ago and moved back down when it was safe, abandoning their homes. Palia Perithia is now a preserved village and an indicative example of Venetian architecture with houses made of stone. This village is now a ‘Designated Area of Natural Beauty’ and has been established as ‘A Protected Heritage Site’.
